Cave La Madeleine

ALL : Das Weingut Cave La Madeleine liegt in Vétroz, im Herzen des Wallis, und ist ein Familienbetrieb, in dem Tradition und Teamarbeit großgeschrieben werden. Heute gehören Chloé und Camille, Andrés Töchter, zum Team des Weinguts – eine neue Generation, die sich der Familie verpflichtet fühlt und das Erbe mit Respekt vor Land und Leuten fortführt.

Die Struktur des Weinguts basiert auf einem ausgewogenen Verhältnis von Tradition und Weiterentwicklung. Entscheidungen werden gemeinsam in der Familie getroffen, wobei besonderes Augenmerk auf die Böden und die einzelnen Parzellen gelegt wird. Von den 25 Hektar Weinbergen wird die Hälfte heute biologisch bewirtschaftet.

Das Weingut ist eng mit der seltenen und symbolträchtigen Rebsorte Amigne de Vétroz verbunden, die für seine Identität von zentraler Bedeutung ist. Die über die Jahre geleistete Arbeit wird regelmäßig von Kritikern gewürdigt, unter anderem mit Parker-Bewertungen und der Auszeichnung „Exzellent“ des Falstaff Magazins.
