Domaine Les Hutins

FRA : Nous avons la chance de faire perdurer ce domaine familial de 21ha situé sur la commune de Dardagny, canton de Genève depuis 5 générations. Bien sûr, la tradition est bien ancrée, mais l’attachement au terroir et l’amour du métier de vigneron encaveur a permis une belle évolution tant au niveau de l’encépagement (17 cépages plantés dans les années 80) que de l’approche viticole et des vinifications. Grâce à une équipe soudée, le domaine est ainsi conduit en culture biologique, avec une approche à la vigne en biodynamie.
Nous vinifions 25 cuvées selon les millésimes, offrant ainsi une belle diversité de vins, tout en respectant chaque année la typicité liée au climat. Les vendanges sont manuelles, les interventions en caves respectueuses du raisin récolté avec un minimum d’intrant.

Die Tradition ist tief verwurzelt, doch unsere Verbundenheit mit dem Terroir und unsere Leidenschaft für die Weinherstellung haben eine bedeutende Weiterentwicklung ermöglicht – sowohl bei den Rebsorten (in den 1980er Jahren wurden 17 Sorten angepflanzt) als auch in unserem Weinbau und unseren Weinherstellungstechniken. Dank eines eng verbundenen Teams wird das Weingut biologisch und biodynamisch bewirtschaftet.

Wir produzieren je nach Jahrgang 25 verschiedene Cuvées und bieten so eine große Vielfalt an Weinen, wobei wir den einzigartigen Charakter des jeweiligen Klimas respektieren. Die Lese erfolgt von Hand, und unsere Kellerarbeit ist respektvoll gegenüber den geernteten Trauben und erfolgt mit minimalem Eingriff.

ENG : We are fortunate to have been able to continue the family tradition of this 21-hectare estate, located in the municipality of Dardagny, in the canton of Geneva, for five generations. While tradition is certainly deeply rooted, our attachment to the terroir and our passion for the winemaking craft have allowed for significant evolution, both in terms of grape varieties (17 varieties were planted in the 1980s) and in our viticultural approach and winemaking techniques. Thanks to a close-knit team, the estate is managed organically, with a biodynamic approach to the vineyard.

We produce 25 different cuvées, depending on the vintage, offering a wide variety of wines while respecting the unique character of each year’s climate. The harvest is done by hand, and our cellar work is respectful of the harvested grapes, using minimal intervention.
