FRA : Anne-Claire Schott cultive depuis 2016 le domaine familial au bord du Lac de Bienne. Son parcours d’cenologue a été précédé par des études d’histoire de l’art et de sociologie, ce qui l’a sensibilisée aux différents aspects culturels du métier.
C’est précisément cet attrait pour la culture qui incite Anne-Claire à mettre en valeur les techniques de production traditionelles mises en cuvre selon les directives Demeter.
Cette philosophie est le reflet de la volonté de construire un lien entre l’art, les artistes, le vin et la biodynamie. Cela lui a permis faire place à l’intuition, pour créer des vins hors pair.
«A mon sens, la création d’un vin peut se comparer à un tableau. Dans les deux cas, leur élaboration comme leur perception revêtent une grande part de subjectivité. Les deux reflètent différentes facettes de notre culture. Il n’existe pas deux vins identiques, tout comme il n’existe pas deux œuvres d’art semblables ».

ALL : Anne-Claire Schott bewirtschaftet seit 2016 das Familiengut am Bielersee. Ihr Weg zur Winzerin wurde durch ein Studium der Kunstgeschichte und Soziologie eingeleitet, das sie für die vielfältigen kulturellen Aspekte des Berufs sensibilisierte.

Genau diese kulturelle Faszination motiviert Anne-Claire, traditionelle Produktionsmethoden nach den Demeter-Richtlinien in den Vordergrund zu stellen.

Diese Philosophie spiegelt den Wunsch wider, eine Verbindung zwischen Kunst, Künstlern, Wein und Biodynamik herzustellen. Dadurch kann sie ihrer Intuition freien Lauf lassen und außergewöhnliche Weine kreieren.

„Die Weinherstellung lässt sich meiner Meinung nach mit der Malerei vergleichen. In beiden Fällen sind Entstehung und Wahrnehmung stark subjektiv geprägt. Beide spiegeln unterschiedliche Facetten unserer Kultur wider. Kein Wein gleicht dem anderen, genauso wenig wie zwei Kunstwerke identisch sind.“

« In my opinion, creating a wine can be compared to a painting. In both cases, their creation and their perception involve a great deal of subjectivity. Both reflect different facets of our culture. No two wines are identical, just as no two works of art are alike. »
