Domaine Henri Cruchon

FRA : Un domaine familiale entièrement féminin. Yaëlle, Laura et Catherine ont repris l’aventure en 2023. L’entier des vignes sont cultivées en biodynamie, une reconverssion entamée en 1999. Un total de seize cépages parsemés sur plusieurs petits parchets dispersés dans le vignoble de Morges sont vinifiés par les filles.

ALL :Ein Familienweingut, das ausschließlich von Frauen geführt wird. Yaëlle, Laura und Catherine übernahmen das Projekt im Jahr 2023. Alle Reben werden biodynamisch bewirtschaftet, eine Umstellung, die 1999 begann. Insgesamt sechzehn Rebsorten, verteilt auf mehrere kleine Parzellen im Weinberg Morges, werden von den Frauen vinifiziert.

ENG : A family estate run entirely by women. Yaëlle, Laura and Catherine took over the adventure in 2023. All the vines are cultivated biodynamically, a conversion begun in 1999. A total of sixteen grape varieties, spread across several small plots scattered throughout the Morges vineyard, are vinified by the women.
